No, there's a certain charm that comes with playing with characters that are still essentially children. I don't think even Nomura liked aging the characters as much as he did, hence, the constant recycling of younger! SRK instead of using their older models. There's just a certain "timelessness" when you try to keep your characters looking consistent but there's only so much he can do now, except not have them age too much further than they already have. KH4 will probably take place a few months to a year after KH3.

Not really, KH1 Sora never bothered me. I over all like him better then KH2 Sora personality and outfit wise. I actually found KH2 Sora less mature than when he was younger and I think his outfit is a sloppy mess. It has too much going on at once.

Isn't it already a button masher? I don't know what you think will be accomplished by giving Sora armor. You want KH3 to up the ante but you want Sora to be handicap by exchanging his sufficient clothing and their drive forms for armor that doesn't really do anything? Why would he downgrade like that? If difficulty is the problem then the programmers can tone down Sora and beef up enemies.

If TAV didn't use armor most of the time doesn't that prove that they're kind of... unnecessary? They're more useful as space suits then actual "armor". But love and friendship is his infallible cheat code, that's how he always wins! D: If Sora needs a power up armor will do no good since it doesn't really do anything special besides repel darkness and compress into a button for convenience. Again, again, Sora's magic clothing is more sufficient as it allows him drive forms. He can wreck shit in limit form because it's border line God Mode. The armor hasn't been shown to grant any special abilities so why not just let him keep using what he has now? And a rainbow hat that changes colors and shoots lasers sounds AWESOME!

I don't find it that unusual considering that Atheism has a bad rep attached to it. I find that most of the hate stems from whether or not you believe the stereotype. I like to think that at this point they're doing some preliminary stuff since all the KH games that expand the story are out and Versus has been in full swing development for sometime already. Once it's announced I think it'll have about two years of development left.

His clothing is "upgradable". What ever properties that are imbued into the coats and armor probably don't have anything to do with the material as it's implied that MX invented the coats. His clothing could probably be imbued with the same kind of power. Aqua also failed to finish off Vanitas when he escaped through a CoD and she also has armor. Which she doesn't use unless she's in space or towards the end of the game. Sora failing to finish off the escaping Org. members was more of a matter of them being too quick or him choosing not to follow. In fact, I think Sora came up with a plan at one point to try and jump into a CoD in hopes it would them to the Orgs. HQ but he wasn't fast enough.

Sora has magic clothing no else has that are way more functional than the armor. Again, the armor at this point is obsolete. To my memory it's never mentioned any where that the armor has anything to do with the Keyblade, Keyblade wielders just happen to use them. If it let the wielder sync with the Keyblade in a special way more wielders would use them and Yen Sid probably would have provided Riku and Sora with them since they where "resetting" their skills.

The armor I see more as a generational and "clan specific" thing. The only ones that used armor where, for a better lack of a term, the "Land of Departure Clan" and have probably been using it for a very long time. Mickey never used armor, Yen Sid Probably didn't, and MX ditched his when he wasn't a student at LoD anymore so Vanitas also doesn't use it. They're also obsolete at this point as the armor's primary function was the protect the wearer from darkness and travel through space but special coats, gumi ships, and more common use of the CoD makes them pointless. The only thing left they offer is protection from physical harm that's not much of a factor either. Basically, it's not strictly needed anymore. Although I do prefer that the armor (and gliders) stay exclusive to TAV (and ME) if only because it's signature to them. Let them have their "thing".

For now, no. They already have a bunch of FF characters with stories to wrap up so I want them to at least finish up with them first. In the next saga they can have a new batch of FF characters and the rest...iunno, the get real jobs or something and we don't here from them anymore.

Sounds like you jumped the gun way too early with the ranting lol. Well seeing as how BbS isn't exactly one of my top games either (in terms of story and characters) I'm not as "hurt" or "shocked" as some people but it'd be interesting to see what you're opinion is after you finish the whole game.

I think all the interpretations have been covered and they all sound feasible so this one's a toughie. All though since the line "The light in the darkness leads to the last key" corresponds with the scene where Kairi is brought in I'm mostly leaning on that it meant that it was because of Aqua they got the last wielder in the group. But at the same time bringing it up like that seems kind of...pointless? I think the Ven theory is about as likely.

Indeed, it's the idea that she was "sexier" with the backless design although it doesn't make much difference. But when you look past the "sex appeal" the design is kind of silly in that it's apparent it's trying a little to hard and is starting to defy the logic of the outfit for the sake of an extra 4-5 inches of back. Which I think is the real reason why Nomura went back and changed it. Yeah-no, I think they were grasping lol. The change is for the better.
