Yeah, I know. That's one of the things I need to get better with. By the time I realized it, I didn't know how to make him shorter without erasing the whole thing, and a large part of me didn't want to do that. So I just left it. But in all honesty, if you weren't doing a side-by-side comparison, it would be difficult to notice the difference in height.

Maybe. I want to start with simpler designs for now. And, as a human, Teddie has a fairly simple design. At least for a Megaten character. He may be the first human I draw. But for now, I'm going to stick with simpler designs. For however simple suited Teddie is, anyways.

I see! Thanks for all of the advice! From what I'm understanding, your main point is that rather than drawing it as a whole thing, I should take it piece by piece with simple shapes before adding more detail. I'll try that next time, then! Also, regarding the whole not worrying about drawing thing, I kind of took that advice already. See, instead of constantly going at it, I just spent time on other parts of Teddie's body for a while before going back to the arm. It took a few tries, but I got it rather quickly. But again, next time I'll try and break it down into shapes before making it more detailed. Again, thanks for all of the criticism! I'll take these into account the next time I draw! Heheh! Yeah, I don't blame you. But still, I'll be bear-y sure to continue making my drawings not crap, so you can never properly make that pun!

So, uh, yeah. This is my first proper sketch. Like, a sketch drawn with the intent of getting better at drawing. And you know what? I'm very proud of myself for this. Now, even having drawn this with a reference of Teddie to the side, there are several problems that I noticed. His buttons are a bit off, the zipper is up a bit too much, and this drawing of Teddie is a bit taller and thinner than the drawing it was based on. But you know what? Even with all of these issues, I feel I did very well. Especially since, again, this is my first real sketch. I've done drawing quite a bit in the past, but this is the first time I've actually put in an effort. So yeah. I'm really proud of myself. Also, that bent arm was hell to get right/make it so I'm comfortable with it. That is all.

This took a different turn than I thought it would. I thought it would be a bit more...well, serious. Ah well.

Well, if I could give an actual tip and not just joke around. When it comes to poetry, you really should just write whatever you feel like writing. Even if it's something ridiculous, like some food that you really want right now. As long as you write about what you want to write about, then you should be happy with it. Unless poetry just outright isn't your thing. In that case, uh...stupid haiku about useless topics seem to be all the rage these days.

I decided that I'm gonna start drawing on Saturday. And I'm going to start with tracing stuff. I don't know if that's even drawing, but I hear it's a great starting point.

Write a free verse on how you want to go somewhere, but can't because it's too far of a goal. People will think that you have some sort of lifelong goal that you really want to accomplish by the end of your life or whatever. In reality, you just REALLY wanna go to that Dragon Quest museum.

Well, I just learned that the Naruto universe was specifically created with all modern technology except modern weapons like guns, because why use kunai/shuriken when you could use guns. I'm not a big fan of Naruto anymore, but that's pretty cool. And it also explains why I distinctly remember a kid playing a Gameboy in one of the Naruto movies or something.

Jeez, I just wanna go on so many rants regarding video game popularity. Which games more people need to shut up about, which games more people need to know about, etc.

Well, I could be that one guy that goes off on a tangent about why this graph is awful because it only includes heterosexual couples and not couples across the whole spectrum. And being gay, I even have that privilege. But in the end, it doesn't really matter to me. Personally, I met my boyfriend online about two years ago. Via Tumblr, of all places.

It is, but only in the format where the actual episode is like 1/5 the size of the actual screen. And I'd much rather watch it fullscreen. Ugh. Ah well. Soon enough I'll be getting a job. Then maybe I can actually buy what I want.

Oh, and on the topic of not watching modern cartoons, I've been trying to watch the original Teen Titans. Mostly because TT Go kinda...well, sucks. But the problem is that the only way I can watch episodes of it is through Amazon Prime. And I have to pay for those. And it's kinda hard to pay for stuff when I lack money.

This is the perfect mix of amazing action and good slap-stick. I love it!

Yeah, maybe. But who knows? Maybe I'll watch it. Same with Steven Universe, actually. And Adventure Time. And...geez, there are a LOT of shows that I need to catch up on. Heck, I'm only past season one of Korra.

Gravity Falls is done, and I'm just here. Never having watched a full episode of it. And not bothering to. Uh...hey, Korra was good, right?
