  1. Robert breathed in a sigh of relief as his powers returned to him. Sure, him and the others weren't out of the woods yet, but at least now, he felt somewhat in control. For a moment, he even forgot the pain he'd taken from the fall he'd just taken. After testing out his powers a couple of times to make sure they worked, he glanced at Neena and gave a friendly smile, "Hey, nice job finishing that thing off. I can't believe I didn't think about attacking it's lamp." Robert paused, noticing how few of them were left, "Hey, what do you supposed happened to the others?" he asked grimly. For the first time in his lifespan, Blank nearly laughed when Dom tried to pull out his gun's magazine. Sure, it looked like a regular Tommy gun, but it was anything but. Instead of using regular bullets, his weapon used energy rounds, and reloads over time. Thus, there's no reason to switch out the magazine, so it's welded into the gun. Deciding that he liked irritating Dom, Blank decided to mess with her some more. After avoiding Dom's fire blast, he used his superhuman agility to uppercut the blunt side of her blade with his free hand, sending the blade off it's course and knocking Dom off balance. Blank then followed up with a hard kick to her shin, before backing away before she could regain focus. He would have preferred to watch her reaction, but sadly, Sylar had decided the battle had come to an end, so Blank followed him into the shadows. "Well then, that was... intriguing." Blank said, still trying to figure these emotion things out, "So Sylar, what do you suggest we do next?"
  2. "I don't know Neverbetter," said Cap, wary of taking on an army of anything, let alone giants, "exactly how skilled are these giants?"
  3. Welcome to the villain club bro.
  4. So are we having both the RP discussion and roleplay here, or will one be moved to a different thread? By the way Stardust, thanks for making Liath a team leader. Something tells me he'll make for an interesting guy in charge.
  5. (Consider Liath and Elm still in the game. By the way Star, if it's not too much trouble, could Liath be one of the team leaders?)
  6. "If you say so boss." Cap said, following the guild leader. Meanwhile, he glanced the rest of his teammates, who all seemed to be acting like their usual selves, save for perhaps Yuffie. She was generally so relaxed and upbeat, but he couldn't help but sense some discomfort behind her smile, like someone meeting a group of potential friends for the first time. He was tempted to ask her if anything was wrong, but considering that she didn't want anyone else to know something was wrong, decided he probably shouldn't. At least, not in front of everyone else.
  7. "What... the... heck.... happened." Cap said, groggy and lying precariously in the rafters. He'd only had two sips, TWO SIPS, and this happened. This is why he didn't drink. He tried gracefully jumping to the floor below, but slipped, tumbling on top of Axel instead. "Ugh, sorry about that man." Cap said, both glad and guilty that Axel was there to break his fall. Regaining his senses, Cap rose to the ground, extending a hand to Axel in case he wanted help up.
  8. Hold on, when did Sylar kill Robert?
  9. Why thank you, sir.
  10. (I'm sorry guys, but between all of the wackiness going on, lack of a straightforward plot, and tons of anime references that frankly, I don get, I'm not sure the is the kind of RP for me. Do you guys mind if I drop out?)
  11. "THE WINNER IS... CAPTAIN FALCON!" "Dang it! I thought I had him!" Cap shouted before shutting his 3DS and shoving it into his pocket. As he looked around, he noticed that most of his fellow guild members had already left. "Oh dear, what did I miss?" he asked, before walking out of the bar. After a moment of thought, Cap headed towards the market place to sell the unicorn parts he'd collected.
  12. Braxen "Uh... if you say so, lady." Braxen said. He wasn't sure that's what a guy like Syfe would command them to do, but he wasn't willing to argue with his second in command, so he followed. Besides, perhaps this would prove be fun. Stan "Sounds good to me." Stan said, a little embarrassed. He'd managed to turn his head when Cron took off her shirt, but it took him a couple seconds longer than he'd like to admit. "Wait... what are you talking about?" Stan asked when he heard Hotaru referencing "it". That was one of the things he disliked about the Decolor; everyone seemed to be hiding secrets. Frankly, he never would've joined this group if Lee hadn't convinced him to.
  13. "Thanks Kevin, me too." Cap said, clasping Kevin's outstretched hand and pulling himself off the ground. Sure, his teammates were a bit much at times, but if he ever needed them, they'd be there for him, as he would for them. And in the end, that's what's important in a team. "Now then, I'm not really into alcohol, but I can definitely do for some dancing and company. Let's go." Cap said, before heading back to the bar were the rest of the guild was celebrating.
  14. Personally, I think this should be the extent of Donkey Kong and singing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NeXl4YjvUQ
  15. "What? Yeah, I'm... I'm alright. Just dealing with some memories I'd rather forget." Cap said, wiping the tears from his cheek. He didn't expect Kevin, or anyone for that matter, to come back, but deep down, he was glad for the company. "Hey Kev, do you ever wonder what you're doing here? Why you decided to join one of the guilds, or perhaps this guild in particular?" he asked as he finished cutting of a dead unicorn's horn, and began plucking it's feathers.
  16. Actually, I was hoping someone would come in and join Cap. It's moments like these that build great character relationships.
  17. Go ahead, man.
  18. Thanks man, I really appreciate that. Well, the second part, that is.
  19. As the other guild members danced, drank, and overall celebrated their "victory", Cap stayed behind, making sure to harvest as many feathers and horns as he could, in hopes of making enough money to purchase a humble base for the guild, that way they didn't have to worry about sleeping on the floor of a restaurant and bar every night. Sadly, his comrades only seemed to think about partying and violence, as usual. Seriously, they acted as if taking out one of the top guilds was a great triumph, when in actually, it put a giant target on their back, as well as a great deal of responsibility that, frankly, Cap wasn't sure they could handle just yet. The tears streaming from his remaining organic eye didn't help brighten his mood either. Not only did he find the behavior of his guild mates rather ridiculous, but to be honest, seeing Neverbetter seemingly die in a fiery explosion really affected him. It'd been three years since he'd been caught in the explosion that nearly killed him, but although he never talked about it with anyone, the event still gave him nightmares. It was because of a fiery explosion, much like the one that had happened mere minutes ago, that nearly killed him. That caused most people to see him as a freak. That caused children to run in the opposite direction at the sight of him. That caused the deaths of several other innocents, some of which Cap knew personally. This was the other reason Cap stayed behind. Because he needed time alone to vent out his emotions so that he could go back to being his cool, calm, snarky self.
  20. I haven't even been gone half a day, an all of... this, happens. Dang. Also, I'm starting to think that my character is the most sane member of the guild, despite being the one with various pieces of metal stuck in his body.
  21. As Nortanort entered the conversation with a black eye and apparently damaged pride, Cap couldn't help cracking a smile, "Let me guess, Lucy?" he asked. "Ah, good." Cap said upon seeing that Yuffie had some sugar cubes on her. Although it did bring up the question of why she would be carrying around sugar cubes in the first place. In the end, he decided to dismiss it as Yuffie being odd, as usual. "I'll join you." Cap said, eager to get out of this strange conversation before he was reined into it. He'd mostly kept quiet, due to not having much experience with pegasai, and wanting to hear what the others had to say on the matter, but at this point he doubted there was any point in trying to figure out what Neverbetter and Soul were talking about. But before he could leave, a flock of the exact same kind of pegusai they needed to hunt came straight towards them. "Well, this is strangely convenient," Cap said, drawing his pistols, "Neverbetter, what's the plan?"
  22. Hearing the others talk about food had made him a tad hungry, so Cap pulled two granola bars out of his pockets, one for himself, and one for the equally peckish Axel. "Here, eat this. It should hold you over for at least a couple of hours," Cap said, tossing one of the bars to Axel. As he unwrapped and ate his bar, he noticed some of his teammates leaving the restraint, two of them trying to start a conga line. The guild he'd joined may not have been the strongest, or the smartest, and definitely not the sanest, but he was proud to be a part of it, and cared for every single one of his comrades. "Hold up, I'm coming too." Cap said, and followed them outside. He even felt comfortable enough to join the forming conga line, grabbing Kevin's shoulders and grooving along with him and Neverbetter.
  23. Well then, this is probably the most entertaining beginning to an RP I've seen yet.
  24. Cap gave a quiet chuckle as he listened in on the ongoing conversation. He'd been sober and observing the entire thing, and Silver and Neko didn't kiss. Well, not from what he saw, anyway. Silver and Soul were probably just pulling her leg, although to be fair, it wasn't really that hard to do. "Don't you think you're overreacting a tad, Neko? Besides, they're just joshing you... I think." Cap said, casually sipping his glass of orange juice.
  25. "Morning, all." Cap said, as he got up from the chair he'd been sleeping on, "I've gotta say, you guys really outdid yourselves last night. Frankly, I'm surprised at least half of you weren't kicked out." Cap said, happy he didn't have to deal with the hangover everyone else was going through right now. The first time he went out drinking with the team, he woke up the next day with no memory of what happened the night before, covered in blue paint and wearing someone else's pants. Since then, Cap decided he'd avoid drinking while at the bar, and make sure none of his teammates did anything overly stupid while drunk. "By the way Nortanort, if you ever run into an attractive young redhead named Lucy, you should probably apologize to her."
