* Fair enough, Buu saga have to courage to play around with new things, and Krillin and Piccolo did get to fight, but granted, it ended up like most other fights in DBZ do that aren't about the characters who are actually strong enough to hold their own against the villains are, they get tossed aside like fodder as always. They were still important though, i'll give you that. *Even so, the way that they got the power up out of nowhere and how Kishi probably made that plot point up super fast rather than planning to implement it in advance (i remember a year prior that Kishimoto said he STILL didn't know how to have them defeat Madara at the time) , and let alone didn't even train for it felt like it diminished the worth of it in my eyes. But given the situation and how far Kishimoto had gotten into the battle, he didn't really have a choice but to do that. This is why writing needs to be planned ahead IMO, and not just made up on the fly while making the series itself. * Ok, i won't deny that, you've got a legit. point there.

I know, but i figured this would be an exception that we'd see more of the transition through the course of the battle rather than seeing his thoughts at the very end, it kind of feels rushed in that aspect. Ok, you have a point there, there was a decent amount of time for him to change fully. But even then, Sasuke had to have returned from his journey of clarity at some point during the time gap with 699 and 700 in order to have Sarada with Sakura and then leave right after for the next 12 years of her life. He said he'd only return when his journey was finished, and he had to have done it at some point in the 20 years, only to leave again for some unknown reason at this time. He seems more pre-occupied with his own motives than he seems to care about Sakura TBH, which isn't really good for a relationship. Especially one made up of two of the most prominent chars. in the series. :

I meant him turning during the battle between himself and Naruto, i know he only sided with the alliance to take care of the bigger, more important threat of Madara and Kaguya. True, we saw his transition, but really, you don't see him truly acknowledging his mistakes and his full transition until the very end of the fight immediately after Naruto starts saying that he'll never stop fighting him until he finally realizes how screwed up his motives and state of mind is. Literally prior to the fight he was all for the revolution and killing Naruto, in the span of a day he's already letting go of that and immediately makes a whiplash turn on wanting to make up for everything, and suddenly telling Sakura that there might be a chance for the two of them when he returns from his trip. This is why Kishi needed a few more issues than he had to pace the ending, this part felt rushed and it just made Sasuke out to be even weirder in his characterization than he already was.

* I liked the comedy and awesome battles and new ideas that Buu introduced to the series, but something about it felt off to me, the plot towards the end after Gohan unlocked his Kai Power Up started to feel like it was going off the ridiculous and crazy end, even for Dragon Ball, albeit i did like how the epilogue was done. Gohan's change in goals in this arc was one thing that felt off about the arc to me IMO (although i can live with it), as well as every Z-Fighter minus the saiyans/saiyan hybrids officially being shafted in terms of fighting the main threat and giving up training. * Strategy has always been constant, and i won't say the tactics Naruto and Sasuke used to officially put down Kaguya weren't there, because they were and were pretty well done, but in terms of the ridiculous power ups they got and being approached by THE official God of Shinobi (After Kaguya) out of nowhere, that seemed pretty Dragon Ball esque IMO. The Final Battle with Sasuke and Naruto i can ease up upon though due to it being a battle of evenly matched Shinobi Gods at that point and them being rivals for years. *I'm not saying that everyone else hasn't improved miles in terms of power since the beginning, they have gotten stronger and proven themselves, but my point still stands that they still haven't been able to surpass their predeccessors in terms of power as was one of the original Themes of Naruto. Even Naruto and Sasuke by the end barely start surpassing that threshold, and still aren't on par with Kaguya (not that i mind that all that much, since she was THE goddess of the world basically).

I know that, but even so, it was relatively consistent up until after he actually had his legit. fight with Itachi. After that it was all over the place with his motives and actions, and the fact that he literally gets over his entire hate deal with Naruto and the leaf period after wanting to literally massacre Naruto, the Kages and make a Revolution within the Leaf Village in a matter of hours after his last battle with Naruto. It wasn't paced well enough, it was rushed. And that in turn, affected the SasuSaku ship in terms of his feelings to Sakura suddenly resurfacing after 4 years of not giving a shit for her.

Agreed. Also, Sasuke and Sakura's relationship over the course of the series over all has been weird. It went from starting with Sasuke seeing Sakura as annoying and Sakura having the typical "cool guy crush", then to Sakura somehow being able to calm Sasuke from his Chi Mark rampage in the Chunin Exams by hugging him (implying that he might actually have feelings for Sakura as well), then fast forward to him leaving the village, he's shown to be grateful to Sakura trying to stop him from leaving in a fond manner before leaving anyway, and then come 5 Kage Summit and The War/Madara arcs, he's back to seeing her as annoying (no surprise there) and tries to legit. kill her, then in the course of a few hours/days after his last battle with Naruto he's back to having some feelings for her, and then back to apparently not giving a shit about her after they have their kid period. I swear, i like Sasuke, but his characterization and motives and feelings are so horribly written. MAKE UP YOUR FREAKING MIND ON WHAT YOU WANT HIM TO BE KISHIMOTO! @_@

* I think Aincrad from SAOI is overrated and Kirito could've had a bit more noticable character development. I prefer Fairy Dance minus the final battle being a bit lackluster IMO. * AOT is overrated IMO and i dislike it. * Kill La Kill is underrated. * As much as i love Dragon Ball, i felt the Buu Saga was lackluster compared to everything that came before it and that Toriyama was running out of ideas and pulling crap out of his ass at that point. * As much as i like Naruto, i feel after Pain, the series as a whole dropped somewhat in quality. I still like the series, but only few parts of the manga after that managed to impress me like everything up to and including Pain like the Confining the Jinchuuriki arc and 5 Kage Summit. Also, the ending also felt akin to DBZ in that Kishimoto started running out of ideas and pulling random crap out of nowhere, plus i think Sasuke and Naruto's final powerups were dumb since they literally didn't work for them at all. Plus, the last few arcs basically shit on one of the original theme of the series with the New Generation surpassing the Old, given how literally only Naruto and Sasuke came anywhere close to the level of power of the generations before them out of the Konoha 12 (barring maybe Lee whenever he gets 7th and 8th gates). Lastly, the ending felt a bit rushed, Kishimoto could've used a few more issues to fully wrap up the series IMO.
