We'll see. I have other ideas, too, notably an FTL RP and a Titanfall-esque thing.

But a stew can be overdone as well. It has sat so long that it is not as interesting to me as it was before.

It has stewed for a very long time now. Maybe for too long. I'm not sure.

I'm waiting for the Experiment thread to explode when people realized I posted on it.

(Sikota gave me the go-ahead. I will start it next week, if I am not too busy.)

Blah. I just practiced a song that was trying too hard to be emotional.

(I still have Like Clockwork on the back burner. It has simmered for an awfully long time now, though. . . Should I start it without Sikota?)

(We could just use this one.) Ferro was surprised when Tsubaki tackled him, and annoyed when his arms were pinned. But there was still an easy way to get out of this. Ferro inhaled deeply, then blew out a long, sustained blast, launching the firebender off of him. Ferro did a quick backflip, landed on his feet, and sent an air slash at his airborne opponent.

As Tsubaki dodged and ran past the air lance, the lance exploded behind him, launching him toward Ferro. Ferro did a backflip over the flying firebender, administered a quick kick, and finally let loose with a blast of wind, knocking his opponent at high speed toward the wall of the arena. (I don't think Okami will be around to run this anymore.)

For anybody who knows what I'm talking about, what domain, subdomain, or inquisition should I chose for my inquisitor character?

We will gladly wait if it means you don't die.

A firebender stopped his own charge? Interesting. . . What is he planning? Well, it wouldn't matter with this next move. Ferro performed his spinning motion and fired off another air lance. This one was different, though. Ferro was waiting for Tsubaki to sidestep, then he would explode the air lance right near him.

"I would not say our powers caused the possessions, but that the possessions only happened around people with the ability, as far as we know." Ferro said, still through his sharp, powerful beak. He quickly and silently transformed back into human form. "I say we try to find more reported cases. If the possessions do happen due to proximity with people like us, then finding reported incidents will lead us to others." Ferro thought a moment. "And if that is true, some of the police may be getting possessed right now." To hunt us, for whatever reason, he thought.

I agree. Well, revealing the octopus form has happened, so all that remains is to fight demon thingies with it.

Ferro saw the firebender make a dash toward him. He had been waiting for just such a situation: nothing between them, just him and the enemy. Ferro spun in a circle, then brought his arm forward, making a twisting motion with his hand formed like a cone. Air curled around his arm and come together at a point, launching forward in a spear shape at speeds almost too fast to follow. The air lance, as Ferro liked to call it. A highly offensive move. No wonder the monks had never figured it out. It halved the distance between them in less than a second. . .

Ferro stared at Kai for a moment, then began morphing. His head elongated, his limbs split, and he assumed the form of a ghostly octopus. A voice strangely altered, sounding slimy and filled with clicking, emerged from beneath the flare of tentacles as the octopus began floating in the air. "Yes, I can change. And if there are three who can do it, there are certainly more." Ferro decided he would stay as an octopus for now, as he floated lightly and majestically.

I want my opponent to fight me.

I've noticed a trend in my characters beyond just their names. Every since I started using Ferro, tentacles have featured prominently among his abilities. I just think tentacles are so useful.
