  1. If Jimmy Fallon always talks like that, I really really wonder why he has a show...
  2. So far the entire pertinent story could be summed up in probably a couple cut scenes. So, chances are it won't need a remix. Though if the decide to make a simple KH game based off of it for a handheld I wouldn't mind. But like others have said, it would be better if they just translate it for other markets.
  3. Are you tired about people asking you, "Are you a robot or a human?"
  4. Actually finding YouTubers and internet personalities with followings that might review your product could be a good route even to go.Edit:I am pretty sure http://www.mmosite.com/ is a big news site for mmos. It might not be as big as IGN for gaming in general, but it would be more targeted.
  5. I don't see the logic in having different terms applied to people for the same act just because they have a different gender. (especially when it is more socially acceptable to be one gender's terms than another)At least with professions like Actor and Actress you can see that the words basically are the same thing. And they do serve a purpose. (especially when making ads, you may only want one gender and it is a lot simpler than having to add male or female)That's my opinion on it.
  6. The following assumes you aren't getting annoyed at people on a roleplaying site, or a site devoted to people who are obsessed with Japanese stuff:If they are writing English words in Japanese characters they better be using Katakana! In my opinion you have to worry when they start to either get into Japanese mysticism or game shows. (both could have scary results) Though just being a Japan fanboy can be pretty bad in its own right. Either way pretenders annoy me. Especially if they act like you TRIED TO DESTROY THEIR VERY SOUL with a backstab, because you found stuff on the internet that proved they were lying. I agree with others in this thread that mostly English with Japanese thrown in is annoying. Even if I know what they meant, it still is annoying. Though I am not annoyed by Sayonara for some reason. Along the line of annoying Japanese-esk things people do...think it is funny to randomly swap r/l for no real reason. And then just do it a lot. >.>ENOUGH OF ME TALKING ON JAPAN. I do like some stuff from Japan, and I am more interested in learning Japanese than Spanish, but I really don't like talking about it. And I might not even want to visit Japan ever. @OP, Yeah it is annoying when movies, tv shows, anything really perpetuates that myth. The myth started either in early neuroscience or from William James saying something along the lines of "That people only meet a fraction of their full mental potential". That statement is arguably true. And someone misquoted(supposedly) it to become "Professor William James of Harvard used to say that the average man develops only ten per cent of his latent mental ability." I would just like the myth to die. Edit: My older brother did/does that leaves disks out of their cases... I don't even understand it... Even before I was 10 I didn't think that was a good idea. D: (But of course I would be lying if I claimed I NEVER EVER left a disc outside of its case) People do that for DIY videos... T_T That makes me cry a bit on the inside...
  7. I don't think there will be that many complaints after it is done.
  8. *runs in to say something*I would like to remind you that there is a difference in between games dubbed safe for all ages, and games made for children.A game dubbed safe for all ages could have had many different demographics in mind, or just one and it simply ended up being dubbed safe for everyone. While on the other hand a game made for children IS a game made for children.*runs away*
  9. Because someone was getting led down the rabbit hole of hentai and rule 34.
  10. *cough**cough* Sorry, something was stuck in my throat.
  11. That's probably for the best, don't Google it.
  12. It was a pretty good cover.
  13. And this is why you never use tentacles in jokes.
  14. I just remembered one... 52-card pickup. I am sure most people that own decks of 52 cards had to play it sometime, intentionally or not.
  15. Solitaire is probably one of the most well known, not only because it is single player, but it is on EVERY WINDOWS PC!If I use the Windows PC promotion of card games Hearts has to be up there as well, and maybe Spades too.Though I would have to say Go Fish is probably the most well known card games that only uses 52 cards.
  16. This ad was here when I was reading the thread... I think google ads are being pushy again. Anyways there is nothing wrong with believing what you believe. Though I must say if your parents truly believe Christianity, they probably have been taught there is no way into heaven aside through Jesus. And that the only other place is hell. So to them you being an atheist is you professing you are going to drive a car that doesn't have a windshield, airbag, or seatbelt on a highway. Or not taking medicine for a sickness that will surely kill you if you don't take the medicine. They are doing it because they are wanting to protect you. But what they don't understand is you can't force someone to truly be a Christian, it is upto that person and that person alone to decide if they want to or not. Forcing them possibly is worse than leaving them be.
  17. And I really don't understand as to why someone would be prevented from divorcing a total jerk.If they are really thinking "OH NO IF THEY GET DIVORCED THEY ARE JUST ADULTEROUS SCUM!" Why not basically just allow them to be divorced and then pressure them not to remarry? And if you say it is because of the Christian Bible, it could be possible, especially with how people interpret it. Though Jesus really spoke against getting divorced and then remarrying, basically saying it was adultery. (that being said, he basically claimed it was only allowed by Moses to basically keep order amongst the people) Though it required the condition of remarrying. Not that you care, but probably to most law based Christians, they would consider living with someone outside of marriage and later living with someone else adultery or almost as bad as divorce.BUT that being said I do think it is better to have it that way for society than having people stuck in horrible marriages. Honestly if I was to have a strict society with sex outside of marriage forbidden, I would actually want prospecting couples to live with each other (just not sexually) for months to a year before deciding to get married. Sure it would have tons of potential problems with rumors starting about couples committing social taboos, but it probably would decrease the amount of first marriage divorces.I am for life long partners, and monogamous relationships. But that doesn't mean I am going to condemn those who are for other plans. And I do understand that mistakes in choosing people happens. And if some people want to read statistics on divorce rates. Here you go:http://www.divorcepad.com/rate/
  18. *starts montage music playing*
  19. Oh, I thought you were going to go the way where they are already prone to doing actions to harm themselves. And they listen to this mysterious commander. I don't know about you, but at least in Sims 2, the Sims WERE NOT self sufficient. They needed commands to make sure they actually did more than just barely survive. Simply because of that, I wouldn't want mental disorders, because how much worse could the sims get... From my point of view they already are having mental issues. (STOP BEING ALMOST AN HOUR LATE FOR THE CAR POOL IF I DON'T COMMAND YOU TO GO TO THE CAR POOL) D:
  20. If only you had a camera that could record your night. So you could play it back in fast forward in hopes of finding out if you are locking it or not.
  21. The thing about admissions into university is that they might care about demographic ratios. They might want to keep their M:F ratio, maybe force diversity of ethnic backgrounds, ect.One of my teachers that claimed to work with admissions said that they personally preferred when a student was co-enrolled in a community college with highschool instead of taking AP courses. Because they tended to do better in college/universities if they did okay/well in some college courses for highschool students, rather than doing well in AP courses. (A few community colleges I know of actually work with highschools to make that work out and make the students for that section of the class be exclusively highschool students.)I don't know if that is a common consensus, or just that one single persons choice of preference.Though that IS something to keep in mind if you are just comparing high school and SAT scores, did they also take some college courses while in highschoool? Also some universities will prefer those who are active in clubs, community service, and/or sports over those who just have good grades. Because they have an idea a healthy student, or at least a student that has a better chance of looking good publicly does more of those activities. I am just saying there are other variables aside from just SAT, highschool GPA, and essays. I find it worse when people take math tests in pen. Though the person I saw using pen the most was someone going into chemistry, and for a chemistry lab notebook you are ONLY ALLOWED TO USE PEN. Not only that if you make a mistake you have to scratch it out instead of using white out. I am not sure if it was just the instructor or if that is a standard for chemistry lab note books. But yeah I do mostly agree with your opinion. Though in subjects where I rarely to never make scribing mistakes, I like to use pens for their colors. And color pencils don't really erase well anyways.
  22. *makes another post, this time more on topic*I don't see Sora dieing as a possibility, even for the final game. The closest thing I see is that Sora becomes Kingdom Hearts due to his ability to connect hearts.Either he will use time travel and always was Kingdom Hearts, or Kingdom Hearts gets destroyed and Sora becomes a replacement.Aside from those options I don't see Sora "dieing".Edit: And if the prior of the two happens, he will always be a plot point in every KH game!
  23. Except for Clayton, it was implied he was crushed by the stealth seeker or something like that. And since Square can't use any Tarzan related things in any future KH games, he can never comeback! As for everyone else, their resurrection track record is pretty good.
  24. I am not saying it isn't a ghost, but there quite possibly is a logical explanation for why those things started happening after she died.Cold and/or uncomfortable spots: She could have been doing various things with windows, doors, candles, cleaning, that would have been keeping the atmosphere of the room one way. So if she isn't there anymore the atmosphere in the room will decay into a worse state. But who knows. The bedroom door could be old and doesn't latch properly anymore, and neither of you noticed it yet.As for the steam in the bathroom, there could be some sort of leak in a really unnoticeable spot, and somehow it is causing the steamy feel from leaking out. Those last two were stretches, but who knows? As for there having to be a hell for demons. Maybe for demons as Christians see them, but it is quite possible for the concept of no heaven or hell and still have beings akin to angels and demons. At least from my point of view they aren't mutually exclusive things. Why must there be a place for "souls" to go to when their physical body dies, just for spiritual beings of "good and "evil" to exist? Who knows if humans even need to have a "soul" for there to be Angels and Demons? For me personally I see it is just as likely if not more so that there are beings from a different plane that can interact with our environment, than there is that humans can leave behind residual energy when they die. (becoming a ghost)If people could leave residual energy when they die that actually resembles a ghost, I would be surprised if all their items used everyday, things they can't stop thinking about, and their prized possessions didn't have residual energy from them even when they are still alive.Edit: I am just stating my thoughts to share my point of view, I am not trying to say any part of your message is good or bad.
  25. How it could work? Simply make the only way to access anything marvel be through comics using the same magic as the hundred acre woods. Then you won't even get a Marvel character to help Sora on his quest. It would make it so literally the only thing affected by the Marvel world/worlds would be itself. That being said you would have to do quite a bit of work to get a good storyline made.
