That's not what its about? Its about Lost masters and previous Keyblade wielders. Riku and Mickey never looked for lost masters would they? I've seen the teaser.

Okay Aqua it is. I would say Riku should be playable, goes to all worlds for a mission with King Mickey, and go to the realm of darkness to find Aqua.
