    In my opinion it has to do with the plot for why it's sealed off. They could of easily put the hole in the second trailer so I think it means something for why it's not there.

    Upon further examination I found a unicorn right outside the window in the backyard. Also the 2 statues that aren't destroyed both have Unicorns on them. The one in the back you can barely make it out but it's a unicorn. I really like your theory!
