So my fan game that I've been working on, and I'm sure a number of you have seen if you watch TheGamersJoint, has had some backtracking. All of the game files got corrupted and I was stupid enough to not have a backup. I've had to start over, and this time, I'm going for a closer to KH3 style. I've been tearing trailers apart copying plants, rocks, textures, etc etc from them. Hopefully it turns out well. Anyway, I've also got a working main menu for my game and I made some subsequent art to go with it. Here it is: So what do you guys think? Do you like it?

What's your dream E3 2016? What announcements would you like to see, even if they may have a low chance of happening? This year seems like it's going to be amazingly exciting at E3, so I wanted to see everyone's hopes. As for myself, I hope (the most) to see: - Kingdom Hearts 3 & 2.8 Trailers, if not release dates - Bethesda's new 3 secret games they haven't announced yet. Fingers crossed one is somehow the next Elder Scrolls. I would love for it to be TES 6: Elsweyr. - Nintendo NX? Some kind of appearance? - Zelda Wii U, duh. - Fingers are so tightly crossed hoping for The Last of Us sequel to be announced. Naughty dog recently copyrighted for a new game and the title sounds like it could be a The Last of Us sequel? If it is- my god I'll be so happy. - Something Crash Bandicoot related. I think most of us want that. Your turn!

I think Zootopia would be fantastic for Kingdom Hearts. I read concerns about it coming out too late in Kingdom Hearts 3's development to make it, but seeing as how Disney is working on Kingdom Hearts and get access to behind the scenes stuff, it could be likely they were working on it while Zootopia was in development for the past few years. Also, I think Sora and the gang could fit in the world well. They could turn into animals, which I have no issue with, or be dropped in as the only of their kind and be special in the world. Plus, the world of Zootopia is already structured very close to a video game. Divided into clear sections, all with unique styles and very easy to navigate (probably.) I also think the themes and characters of Zootopia could match the themes and characters of Kingdom Hearts very well. Sora, Donald and Goofy trying to help Judy and Nick solve the case they're on and restore order to Zootopia. I could also imagine Sora getting along with Judy very well and Donald with Nick very well. But that's just my two cents. I'm considering going and drawing out a comic on this

Man, I don't know what it is about designing KH13 concepts, but it's so fun. Anyway, ages ago I did this redesign concept of the KH13 site, and wanted to revisit it with some new ideas. So what do you think? Any other areas I should try redesigning? This is fun.

Yes yes yes I just made one of these. But, I just got Photoshop. Photoshop is a godsend. I used an iPhone mockup and made new designs because I wasn't exactly proud of v2 anymore. So, I give you KH13 App Concept v3. Enjoy. I think this is the last time I'll do this.

If you guys have seen my Kingdom Hearts fan game that TheGamersJoint featured not long ago, you'll know I haven't shown much outside of the Secret Place. Well, I've begun sharing one of the many areas I've been working on outside of the cave. Hopefully you guys can recognize it: It's a bit different than in Kingdom Hearts 1, yes. In my fan game, I've gone ahead and made it seem like some time has passed and things have begun to fall apart/be moved around. This screenshot shows an unfinished area, of course, and it'll be much different in the end. Also, bonus GIF of climbing around the area: Thanks for taking time to view! I was originally making this with white and blue, accidentally made black instead of blue, and had my mind blown by how good it looks. So it stuck. I love the black and blue theme, and I think KH13 would look fantastic with it c: That's just me though. Nothing changes my love for KH13 as it is. Added another page, messages.

A while ago I posted this thread with a KH13 app design concept. Well, I wanted to go back and redo it. So here, what do you think? Maybe suggest another area for me to redesign, it's fun. Yup, I kind of have to since I'm working on one. A lot of ones out there have potential, just need a lot of work. It's fun working on one, especially recreating things I loved as a little kid.

Oh my god the amount of time I spent in blender texturing that door over and over, I'm so glad it looks good. Thanks! Well, of the Destiny Islands maps. Not the same story as the first game. It's just full of minigames and exploring.

The style of the game has been changing a lot recently, so I thought I'd share a new screenshot to showcase some texturing/modeling I'm really proud of. This is just a small section I'm sure you'll all recognize from the Secret Place. Tell me your thoughts! I'll share more as I go, this is really fun. All modeling and most of the texturing was done in Blender, and everything was imported into Unreal Engine 4 for the actual game. I'm learning a lot as I go c: Here's another angle, just to show that those things are mushrooms..

Easy question: What's your favorite other game by Square Enix, or game series? If you asked me a month ago, I would've said Final Fantasy. And then I played Life Is Strange. I fell in love with the game so fast and have done so many playthroughs. It's such a detailed game that really sucked me in emotion wise, and if you haven't played it I suggest you do. If you have a decent computer, I recommend buying it before the Steam Sale ends tomorrow (January 4). So what do you think?

Seriously though! KH13 is the best. This year I've gotten so much support from KH13 on my renders and it really is appreciated. The support for my fan game has been so nice as well! I have been taking a break from my fan game a while (not sure if it'll be delayed?) because I wanted to focus on some serious school projects and work—my future takes priority over a nonprofit fan game—but I do have time to do a fun little render. Because you guys have been so nice to me this year, if anyone wants/has an idea for a render that I could make for them, suggest it. If it's cool enough, I'll do it for that one person. No characters, that's really time consuming. KH13 is really a special site that I hope I can be around on for a while to come. 2016 will be great.
