the chances of a skill being attached to one of your medals will go up for the duration of the campaign! additionally, if you do a 10-pull you'll get a guaranteed 5-star dale medal.

the first one says that there was an error copying the file data to your device and to double-check the free space; the second just says that there's a communication error with the server. maybe try clearing up some memory?

i think it has to be the same star-level, unfortunately. it's not just the ability being the same, the +# at the end has to be the same too. would you happen to have a screencap?

some raid bosses give moogle medals as rewards, and rare drops from chests that are guarded by a strong heartless might also drop them. there's also a special moogle daily that'll appear randomly (as far as i know?) for thirty minutes at a time between monday to friday.

yep, attack up abilities without an S, P or M in front of them will raise the attack of all medals. since they work during the duration of your turn, putting them in your first slot is probably the most efficient way to capitalize on their ability.

it's telling you that your current medal setup over your deck cost (デッキコスト) - you'll either need to change your setup, increase your deck cost through the avatar boards or lower your medals' costs through Cid medals. Hope that helps!

thank you! i just added the last batch and all 200 are now up! i'm not really familiar with gamefaqs so it didn't occur to me, but i'll think about it maybe! you can get しずく and 魔石 as drops from chests (check the daily keyblade upgrade quests especially) and as drops from raid bosses.

third challenge of level 17 is to clear the quest with only power medals in your deck. i actually just put up a translation of the first 100 quest challenges; i'll be putting up the next 100 in batches - i hope this can help some people out!

this was posted a little while back, but i'd like to add a clarification - the chip and dale medals are used for levelling (合成) your combat medals, not evolving (進化) them. neither of them will provide any experience, but instead they raise the attack and defense of the medals you synthesize them with. chip (チップ, in case you're like me and can't...tell them apart...) will increase your medal's attack stat and dale (デール) will increase its defense. you can also get them through levelling up and selling medals with skills attacked! i think i also saw some in the either the daily or monthly lux ranking prizes.
