Oh Smeargle can learn any move with Sketch, and that move is many, many, TOO many times dark void. (Oh and yeah, mega-kangaskhan obviously)

Well, as an ability you can turn it off, if you want to do some kind of challenge. And having choices is always a good thing. But you should have it from the start, that's for sure.
