So I actually wanted to do this for quite a while, and seeing how Robbie the Wise's Pokemon tournament is got hope this could work as well. I also figured it would be better to address the meta ban in this thread, as it may effect whether or not some people will sign-ups(At this moment, I am not sure if I want a complete ban or just limit it).

We will be using YGOPro.

 

Ruling:

Both OCG and TCG cards are allowed

TCG banlist

 

If people are fine with meta decks, they will just be limited instead.

The following meta decks will banned:

Tier 1-Burning Abyss, Neo Blue Eyes(Blue Eyes related cards pre-movie are fine)

Tier 2- Metalfoe, Monarch, Kozmo, 

OCG-DDD(the deck is fine if you don't use the cards that are only out on the OCG ), ABC.

The following decks are banned regardless of the vote because they are rather trollish:

Exodia, burn/stall(Final countdown included) and Chain Burn.

It's easy. In the main menu select "Deck Edit" and go nuts. You've used DN before, haven't you?

yeah, but i didn't see an option to create a new deck, only to edit the default one

-edit the deck

-when finished, press save as(after entering the name you want)

-exit

Before I consider joining or anything, just a few questions:

1. Are we allowed Prereleased cards?

2. While we cannot use Tier 1 n 2 decks, can we use Tier 1 n 2 techs? Eg. Using 1 or 2 Monarch S/P in Draconia, Using 1 or 2 PKFire Support cards in Burgesstoma etc

3. Are we only allowed one deck throughout the whole tourney?

4. Are all FTK/OTK decks banned or only the generic ones like the ones u pointed out before or the ones tht consists of stall etc.
