you need the item, i think its pulsing. And yes there is a help thread, you cant miss it

I haven't tried it, but in the tutorial is DOES say that some items add an ability on their own (But not many)

You need to add a pulsing to the two Blizzaras.

You can get Second Chance by melding two maxed Blizzaras with a Pulsing Crystal. You can get? Once More by melding two Firas with a Wellspring Crysta
