Another Filler Game?

Ok so I just wanted to know what you guys though about there being at least one more filler game before KH3. Some people are glad that there is gonna be a new one, other people just want to play KH3 right now. Me personally it's a little bit of a pro-con list

 

Pros- More Kingdom Hearts games to play

It will probably reveal more of the story

If it's on the 3DS it will be in 3D

May get to play as a new character

Gives me time to save up for a PS3

 

Cons- Longer wait time for KH3

I can't think of any loose ends in the story so what's up w/ that?

I have to go buy a 3DS >.<

Means a longer wait time till I can kick Heartless but w/ Sora again

I don't really mind these "fillers", I can't wait to get my hands on Re:Coded and KH3D. *w* I want to get every single little refrence once it's shown in KHIII. xDD

It's not the side games fault that it's take so long before they starts working on KH3.

Even if they do make more side games or not KH3 still won't come any faster.

They can't start working on KH3 before Final Fantasy Versus XIII is done.

Nomura has said that KH3 will be the end of the Xehanort Saga but not the whole KH franchise. KH will continue after KH3

NONE of these games are fillers. They all contribute to the main story in a way. They may not be told through Sora's perspective, but they're still important games.

I actualy dont care how long or short they will bring kh3 , all what I want is :

All kh games

and

A happy ending for Sora,Roxas,Kairi,Riku,Xion,Axel,Terra,Ven,Aqua and every person on kh game even Zack I hope they make something to bring him back to life after ffcc

1) None of these games are fillers. They're side stories.

 

2) The delay of KH3 is due to VS XIII taking forever to make. >_>

 

3) More games mean more plot expansion, which is always good. Plus there's still some mysteries left to be solved, which these new games will probably answer.

I too, am starting to get a bit bored of having to buy handheld after handheld to play KH. I mean, i bought a PS3 after kh2 came out cause it was the most likely choice for the next KH game. 4 years on.. *sigh*

I CANT STAND THESE FILLERS. the only good ones were the ones out already (excluding coded) REcoded and KH3D are gonna be useless. they just make em so we have something to do. they hardly explain the story and i have to spend 200$+ just to get them. I SOLD my ds so i can buy a psp for bbs and then they come out with another game for DS...WTF. how awesome is Square

Eh they are getting a bit annoying. I'd like KH3 to come out already.

 

I'm probably not going to get 3DS, I don't like the whole idea of the games that take place in simulations. BBS did a nice job at keeping me happy, now I just have to wait at least 5 more years for KH3 =/

Yes, the side-story games are pointless. 358/2 Days is one of the most pointless KH games ever created in my opinion.

The only necessary thing in Coded that was important was the ending, where Mickey finds out Sora has to save all of those people..and stuff.

 

Birth By Sleep had the most plot elements to it, but it just made the story more confusing overall. Yeah, most of these games may seem stupid, but they explain things. We wouldn't know about the whole Sora/Roxas situation, nor the Xehanort situation if it weren't for BBS. At least Nomura is taking the time to explain a lot of things by making games, instead of just leaving us to wait for KH3. He's actually doing us a favor. We all know damn well that KH3 isn't coming out until Versus is finished, so just sit back and wait. I'm sure KH3D will have a good purpose.

i already agreed that bbs was good. now tell me ONE THING in coded besides the ending that makes the game worth buying a ds for. and ot even the ending is worth that becasue i can watch it on youtube. and 3D is gonna me stupid because it before/during kh1, which is just gonna be more confusing

The only thing that annoys me about the "side games" is the people that won't stop complaining about them. Shut the heck up and be happy they are making these games to keep the fans happy. You don't have to buy a new handheld just to play one game. Besides, the 3DS looks awesome, and already has tons of other good games coming for it besides KH.
