I've been having a pretty crappy weekend so far. My parents have just been yelling at me all the time during this weekend because I forgot to do one homework assignment, my dad thinks that I have problems with payying attention, and all that. All my parents have said to me was screaming how irresponsible I am and all that. I'm just sick and tjred of it.

im feel your pain i get yelled at by my parents everyday, but you will get use to it is they keep on doing it.

How can you get used to something like that? I felt awful when either of my parents were angry with me. Before my dad left a few weeks ago, he was stomping around and throwing stuff and screaming and blaming everything on me. My brothers would get afraid and come to me, like I could fix it, but I didn't know what to do. I started crying because we hadn't done anything and I hated the screaming. The best thing to do is just try to tune it out, difficult as it is. Eventually they calm down a little bit. Try talking to them about what you did. Maybe you can convince them it won't happen again, it was an accident, ect.?

Eh. I NEVER do homework.

When they are yelling at you, just, pretend your listening. Nod your head every now and then when necessary.

Believe me, I try to, but they think that I'm just trying to ignore them.

Oh believe me, I do that as well, but it doesn't work. They say that there are no such things as accidents -.-'

I know how you feel. I get in trouble for ridiculous stuff. and WOW only one assignment, I miss 1 assignment and I don't get in trouble.

Yes it's quite a nussiance -.-'

I know exactly how you feel...

My dad used to always take his anger out on me; he would scream and hit me for things I never did or didn't mean to do and he'd act like very little thing that goes wrong is my fault. He did this for 4 years at least, and no one, not even my mom or my brother did anything about it. My brother actually said I deserved it. And, now that he's gone, my mom has started to pick up where he left off.

Hopefully things will get better for you~? If you need someone to talk/rant/whatever to, just chat me, 'kay? :3

OK thanks DLC for the advise :3

:/ Man I know how that feels.

My parents are always on my case whenever I get lower than an A in school.

I got a freaking 89 once in History and my dad cussed me out :/

But then again, I just think my dad has issues because he can't go a day without yelling at either me or my mom >__>

It's hard to get use to it, but try talking to your parents about how their yelling makes you feel.

I tried that, and things got a little bit better.

Try confronting them (:

Hope things get better

I've tried to. They said that they'll try to not yell at me as much as they do.
