Posted October 1, 201015 yr A lot of people say that I should enter a basketball team, but I'm not so sure... Of course, I'm very tall, I can do a lotta tricks and even score 3 points with my eyes closed, but since many exams are coming up, I don't know what to do...
October 1, 201015 yr Do whatever you think is best! If you think that you won't be able to focus on studying if you're in basketball, I wouldn't. If you're a quick learner or don't have to study very much, then i'd say go for it.
October 1, 201015 yr Author well I'm not a quick learner but sometimes I don't have to study much, it depends on the discipline
October 1, 201015 yr Well, I love watching basketball more than I do playing it, though it's still fun to play. I play field hockey, and I admittedly practice very little (if at all), but I'm still one of the best players on my team. I know I should make an effort to be even better, but, meh. The only time it takes away from me are our three times a week practice and our game. I still have plenty of time for schoolwork. I don't know if it'd be the same case with you, but it works out just fine for me. (:
October 4, 201015 yr I love watching and playing basketball. Do what you think is best. I would recommend going for the basketball team. It just means that you would have to devote a little more time to homework then you usually do.
October 4, 201015 yr Flip a coin to make ro all your big decisions. Make ro all? x3 Anywayz, I think it's probably more on the amount of time nessecary for homework. Make use of Resource class. (I know they call it different things at different schools. Free period, resource, study hall, whatever. You know what I mean, haha.)

The class period is long enough you could finish all of your homework and have nothing to worry about.

The problem is that it's A LOT OF HOMEWORK I should consider myself lucky for being sometimes online with the amount I have. And plus reading a really thick book for 3 disciplines, it's really a LOT
October 4, 201015 yr Well, you should try and give it a go. If you find that you can't focus on school work then quit the team.
