I dunno. Maybe he still wants the keyblade wars, I would love to watch Sora struggle through that.

Its a theory I'll choose not elaborate on for fear of going off-topic or not using Spoiler tags like you.

 

 

However it is apparent that Master Xeahnort would want to recreate Kingdom Hearts. Like EVERY other villain in the series.
