Yen Sid seems to think that Xeahnort is going to lead "someone" with him to make the Key blade war happen agian. It will probably be Riku. And Yen Sid knows it. That's why he wants to have the mark of mastery test to see what's in Riku's heart. I mean we all know Sora is the one who will open "the door", so it has to be Riku.

Terra cannot see the future. Yes, he is clairvoyent, but this was to intentionally show his connection with Riku.

Considering how old MX actually is, it'd be more likely that, if by any chance they are related by blood, for Riku to be his grandson.

Uh... you've pretty much ignored other deciding factors and settled on just one possible person to be the one Xehanort is working with. How about MF, Vanitas, or Braig? As of now, they're the most popular theories for his unknown accomplice. The main problem I find with your theory is that you're not looking wide enough. It's so contained and restricted that even though it sounds plausible, I'm more inclined to believe it isn't.

Family isn't important in KH so no. If Riku was Master Xehanort's son then that would make a huge connection between them and therefore, Riku can't be Master Xehanort's son.

Also, Riku says that there were a kid on the island once that left for good. He's referring to Master Xehanort and I think that Riku would have known that it was his father that had left for good...

I'm pretty sure Nomura has confirmed there are no "family bonds" in the Kingdom Hearts series within the main characters.

We have to keep in mind that this is Kingdom Hearts and not a soap opera "I am your father." -epicgasp- sort of thing.

Granted a lot of games have done that...

Point being, Riku couldn't be Xehanort's son because Nomura wouldn't plan the story out like that.

(Granted his decision may change.)

 

And I agree with what Reversal said. The story/plot of Kingdom Hearts is very large, especially when it comes to character-to-character bonds. Look deeper than just the popular main protagonists, we all love them very much but the antagonists have just as big parts that impact the story. Think outside the box (:

Family does exist in the KH Universe, it's just not important to the series...

 

Examples of family in KH:

In KH1 we can hear Sora's moms voice.

During the Heartless invation on Destiny Island, right before Riku get's taken by the darkness he says, "We may never see our parents again".

We can see Kairi's grandmother in a flash-back, and we can meet her during BBS.

Donald, Huey, Dewey, Louie and Scrooge McDuck.

Chip and Dale.

 

In BBS Riku says that Sora's father takes them to the play island on Destiny Island.

In BBS Even says that Ienzo parents are dead.

Besides if he was THAT clairvoyant wouldn't he of stopped his journey before killing Hironobu Sakaguchi Eraqus, got Ventus and Aqua and went to seek Yen Sid or Eraqus' council on the matter of master Xeahnort

If Riku had any relationship to Master Xehanort, it would be that Riku would be Master Xehanort's grandson, not his son. And also, family relationships are not very important. And also about someone would help Master Xehanort: I wouldn't understand how Riku would help MX. If anyone would help MX it would probably Braig, Vanitas, or even Mysterious Figure.

One big thing you're missing... the other Organization Members will return to their original selves and we don't know whether or not they'll side with Xehanort as they did once before.... = so it possibly couldn't be Riku because Mickey even said Riku "didn't belong to the dark anymore". Meaning both Sora and Riku will become keyblade masters and defeat Xehanort once and for all.

But something i don't get is, why does Mickey say "Now there is only Terra."? Did they already find Aqua? Did i miss something? lol And how does he find Ven's Heart? Remember in kh1 when Riku said he didn"t care if he ever saw his parents again. well he must have been seeing regularly at his home on the main island. MX isnt his father. what was he in bbs? 80? so he was 75 when he had riku? no. I pity you foo

Riku tells Terra that his friend (Sora)'s dad took them out on a boat to the play island. He also tells him that long ago, there was a kid (MX) who left DI to go to other worlds.

Probably Braig and Isa will, and maybe Even. I doubt any of the others will bother working with Xehanort again, especially since they got what they wanted.

He didn't say he knew exactly what happened to Ven's heart perse, but that they might've found out what happened, keyword, might.

In a way, i can't wait for BBS Final Mix comes out, even though i won't be getting it...The new secret movie they'll put in will probably give us a better idea of what will happen next, hopefully anyway... I have a feeling that the whole Master Xehanort thing will have some kind of twist, Maybe Terra'll already be back, and MX actually gets restored as the young Xehanort we see at the beginning of BBS. Maybe the Mysterious figure is Young Master Xehanort... And either he is or not, that Mysterious Figure is important somehow, they wouldn't make him so badass and cool if he didn't have any major roles to play in the overall story. Maleficient and Pete, are pretty much almost guaranteed to come back, i wonder if they're gonna be based in The World that Never Was.

Data Riku helped them escape. They're not dead/destroyed/whatever. They're alive, and out of the data world.

 

Ah, well, I got that off the KH wiki, really, so my facts were a bit off... but I doubt we'll see them again.
