Out of the ones listed I would probably have to say that Kuja and Zidane make for the better rivals.  Both are so similar and yet different, and it's interesting to think that, had things gone differently, Zidane would've very much been standing in Kuja's position.

 

I was also considering Caius, but I feel his rivalry is better suited for Noel Kreiss than for Lightning, personally.
