In KH1FM, when Xemnas approaches Sora, he says "You look just like him." Now, if you played KH2, you would automatically think he is referring to Roxas. But, KH1 Sora and Roxas do not bear too many similarities. I think Xemnas was referring to Vanitas...

 

And then (correct me if I am wrong), one year after Sora becomes a Heartless, and as he ages in the pod..he starts to look like Vanitas even more, save for the hair and the eyes.. Could Vanitas possibly had an influence on him during his time of sleep?

 

Also, he calls Sora "Incomplete one". Vanitas and Ventus were technically incomplete, since each of them owned only half a heart. Could Xemnas have confused Sora for Vanitas possibly? This is probably the least likely out of my three theories, since he most likely referring to Sora not having his "body".

 

But this leads on to my final question/theory. Is Roxas Sora's true Nobody? Here is why I ask this...

By KH standards, a Nobody is a persons body and soul. When Sora became a Heartless, he left behind his body and soul..right? It is assumed that Ventus' heart went inside Sora's body and took on the form of Roxas. But here is the thing..Sora should not have been able to function without a soul. In Kingdom Hearts, the soul is the very essence of life. So it is illogical for Sora to even continue to live without one. So how could Roxas hold Sora's soul?

Nah. This is like a reverse theory for those "I've been to see him. He looks just like you" theories about Xemnas referring to Ven, when he was referring to Sora. He's comparing Sora and Roxas.

Sora at that time was not complete. His body and soul (Roxas) were separate from his heart.

im a supporter of Sora-like-Van too, until someone gives me evidence that makes sense to make me think otherwise. cuz as of right now i dont understand how Van-like-Sora is possible.

I know that Vanitas came from Ven. But Sora influenced the way Vanitas looked when Sora helped Ven complete his heart in the beginning of BBS..that's what I'm talking about. Of course it wouldn't make sense for him to have the face of a 4 year old kid, but Kingdom Hearts doesn't make sense as is, and this is just a question I am posing.

All things considered, you could say that Vanitas is a reflection of Ven. Since Ven is 15, he should be as well.

Just letting you guys know when it all started Ven and Vanitas were both 11. At the beginning when it says a new heart meaning Sora was just born and then everything happened 4 years later.

 

But anyways back to the theories
