B : Wispon; as Wolf, the Wispon will shoot a flame line. As Cat, the Wispon will briefly cloak Rookie. As Bird, the Wispon will charge itself, and then Rookie push forward. As Rabbit, the Rookie will twirl the Wispon around himself like a shield.
B + Forwards : Wispon Shot; the Wispon will fire a different elemental shot depending on the palette swap you’re using.
B + Up : Grappling Hook; the Rookie locks on to whatever’s closest to him/her, snares the hook onto it, and then launches forward towards it. This move automatically locks on to ledges when recovering, which makes it very beneficial.
B + Down : Wispon Power; the Rookie will his/her Wispon’s special ability, which, like by itself, differs with each palette swap. Wolf has the Burst Jump, Cat has the Void Shield (which is much different than the Wispon cloaking her briefly), Bird has the Dodge Drill, and Rabbit has the Lighting Spin.
Final Smash: Phantom Satellite; the Rookie will activate his/her Phantom Ruby prototype (which freezes time for a bit)l and combines all of the Wisps that he/she could use in Forces, and then rains down a barrage of lasers that utilize every Wisp’s powers.
Taunts:
1: Rookie takes out an Eggman doll, throws it on the ground, and shoots it with his/her Wispon.
2: An illusion of Infinite appears behind Rookie, and then disappears when he/she looks behind him/herself.
1+2: An Eggman robot appears out of nowhere and grabs the shoulders of the Rookie, who thrusts it off and shoots it off the stage.
