You know, it's weird. We all saw that in KH2 Roxas merged with Sora again. Wouldn't that therefore mean that Sora got all of his memories from Roxas 358 days of life. And wouldn't that therefore make Namine's point about Roxas, Xion, and Axel moot and pointless, partially because Sora already knew about Roxas and Axel, and through Roxas, Xion?

Except that everyone forgot about Xion. She was basically Sora's memories in physical form. There was never anything of "her" to remember, and that's why Roxas, Axel, and Xion are suffering. And in Sora's case, while it is hinted that perhaps upon Namine and Roxas' merging back with their "true selves", he regained the memories of CO and his other half's memories of the Organization, it hasn't been completely set in stone yet.

yeah, everyone forgot Xion. But, I do wonder if Xemnas and Saix ever did, because at the end of 358/2 Days, they talked about her when everyone was forgetting about Number XIV. Also, I wonder if Xion will be brought back up, since Axel, Xion, and Roxas are suffering, despite the fact that Axel "faded" into darkness and Roxas is back with Sora and Xion is back with Sora as well.
