I read it when I was in 6th grade. It's a good book once you get into it.

Tbh, I couldn't put it down.

i know i have to read it for GSCEs in 2 years time, my sister read it and abseloutely hated it.

and i doubt it will beat the book we were reading previously, the curious incident of the dog in the night-time. epic book.

You realize of course that Lord of the Flies is reknowned as one of the best books... like... ever. Right?

yeah, doesn't mean it's good. i read the first few chapters a while ago, got bored, went onto a different book

I actually am doing a book report due in december on it. 8D

A lot of books get that title but it's not always true. Twilight and 1984 for example.

I did a play on "Lord of the flies" last year in school.

@topic:

I read the book in fifth grade and didn't really understand it, but, looking back, I can kinda see some of the symbolism.

As a whole, it was pretty good, but there are still others I've read like it that I think got the message across better, and without being so cryptic.

I haven't read it yet but I'm gonna get it next time I go to a city with a book store

I hate that book with a burning passion.

GO DIE RALPH.

awesome book

I had to read it freshman year. It's pretty interesting book, but definitely not one of my favorites.
