Well, some interesting news has just recently surfaced. So Square-Enix has just announced through their live stream that three of the four planned DLC for FF XV has now been cancelled. So only "Episode Ardyn" is the only piece of DLC still being developed now. Also Square-Enix Director Hajime Tabata has now left the company and that Square-Enix has lost $33 million.
So what do you guys think of this? Well what I think...I just have to say "wow". This development with Final Fantasy XV has not been going well for SE. First the long development cycle of the game, to the game being completely unfinished and lackluster, to now having to cancel most of the upcoming DLC because of Tabata leaving. Man FF XV has been nothing but pure dumpster fire. Let's hope that SE learns from all this and make FF XVI be a great and memorable game.
