ok everyone says that u can change the voice overs to japan and english in the final mixes but is there an english voice cast version of the scene where ansem walks down the stairs and sees aquas armor and keyblade xuz im only finding english sub not english voice. plus is there anyother secret scenes like this too.

Well, basicly the Final Mix's uses the english voice overs from the USA/PAL regions and use the japanese subtitles since our version had more content than the jap version. The Final Mix's has a lot more content that the original English an Japanese versions never had. And that wasn't Ansem who was talking to Aqua's armor at the room of sleep. It was actually Xemnas. He often goes down there to talk about finding the other "friend" who is Ventus.

Could you show this cutscene? I don't care if it's in Japanese, I would just like to see it. Also, KhVids is good for that stuff, they have those cut scenes translated

That scene, along with any other Final Mix-exclusive scenes are only available with Jap subtitles and no voices, or both Jap subs and voices.

 

Basically you can't get english voices for any scenes that are mute in-game.

There are some scenes (this one, Remembrance, The Orders, etc.) that are only in Japanese.

KH2FM is never going out of japan, so it wont really have good voice acting...
