That is the motto of all members of "Heaven".

The members, called Strikers, protect the people in the world with unexplainable and extraordinary powers. They were sent from the gods themselves to watch over the humans in their time of need. And now, a new evil has risen, ready to annihalate the entire human race and anything else that stands in their way.

 

The enemies, or Slashers, have one mission only: To find the object known as the 'Devil Factor', a ruby orb who's power is yet to be known. However, the Strikers take no chance to hesitate.

 

The time to fight is now.

 

-Explanation of RP-

In this RP, to be a Striker, you need a Mark of Purity. If you want to be a Slasher, you need the mark of Darkness. This is like a tattoo. It can go anywhere on your body. It symbolizes who you show loyalty for.

Powers - (Maximum of 2) He can read people's emotions and can let himself feel just like the people around him.

Personality - Damien Lithe is extremely kind and noble. He is usually very emotional and can't help feeling like the people in his surroundings. He doesn't usually get very angry but when he does he is extremely aggressive and dangerous to be around. But he is at heart an extremely good guy and is very loyal and protective of others.

Damien slowly trudged of the hill and held his jacket tightly around him so the freezing wind would not blow it off. He was on his way to rendezvous with another Striker. But he didn't want to get stuck in the blizzard which was only worsening. He tried to hurry but ended up falling into the snow. He faceplanted into the snow and was stuck laying on the ground. His face was under the snow and was extremely cold he tried to push himself up but his hands pushed down into the snow. He sighed and just laid there.

Raider swallowed, trying to control her temper. By the time she calmed down enough to realize she should just pick up some mud and chuck it back, Piper had already walked to far away. She sighed, and squeezed her eyes shut for a moment. She still had her gym clothes.. she shuddered at the thought.

 

"Mizuki!" She exclaimed to herself, and started running for the main doors. She buried her face in her messenger bag so people wouldn't recognize her when she was back to her fashionable self. Raider waved her arms like a maniac, blonde hair flying out behind her. "Mizukiiiiii!" She wished she'd asked for her friend's locker number. She panted to a stop beside Mizuki's locker. Thankfully, it was only a few over from her own. Raider laughed weakly. "Um, help?"

Powers - Silver flows through out his body making weapons and other objects come from his skin. He can also manipulate fire

Personality - He is nice and kind and extremly protective. He doesn't like people who hurt others or the evil of the Devil's Factor is causing, he wants the violence to end.

A Slasher ran through the streets running away with a person over their shoulder. Reed saw him run by and saw the Mark of Darkness. Reed ran after them, he made Silver Wings form from his back and he flew up into the air. Reed looked at his hands and his Mark of Purity and spoke to it "Silverwing in pursuit of a Slasher and a hostage" (hope that was ok). Reed made silver blades form from his the top of his wrist. He got closer to the Slasher and dove for him. Reed flew and sliced his at his ankles with his blades as he hit the ground. The blades cut though his ankle causing the hostage to be let go and run away. The Slasher layed on the ground, Reed made silver chains come from his hands and wrap around the Slasher. Reed pulled out a lighter and lit the chains on fire cauisng the chains to burn him. Reed looked at him "Why did you need that person, what are ya'll planning?" Reed asked as the flames got bigger

Age - 17

 

Powers - Physical duplications, the duplicates themselves lasting from seconds to possibly days and memory manipulation, using this play her cruel 'games'.

 

Location of your Mark of Darkness- Her wrist, covered by long sleeved gloves.

 

Personality - Rashel has two very different personalities. She is not one, but two people. Rashel and Scarlet. Rashel is kind but very serious, willing to talk to anyone and is very friendly, wanting to have a good relationship with her fellow Slashers. However, Scarlet just adores making others feel below her and intimidating everyone, messing with everyone's head, powers or not.

 

Appearance -Bright fiery red hair, earning her the name code name Scarlet, Rashel has silvery blue eyes. Her skin as slightly tanned, and she's a little too thin to look healthy. She's very tall, and lean, sort of lanky looking, adding a couple of inches to her height with the various boots she wears. She cares more for comfort than actual style, and wears dark colored tank tops with jet black cargo pants, fitting a little too big on her. She carries around a black jacket to be able to sneak around at night when she has to, along with a black cap and a hair tie to pull up her bright hair and conceal it, since it would be a dead give away. Her eyes are almost too big for her face, with lips just not quite full enough and some almost barely noticeable discolored patches of skin on her arms and legs. Her facial expressions depend on whether she's Scarlet or Rashel, affected by her personality. Scarlet usually has a sick smile on her face, with eyes that seem to pierce your soul, while Rashel has a more calm and slightly sweet expression.

 

Rashel crept through the night, movements quiet and swift. With one hand she started tying up her long red hair, and placed her cap upon her head. At this moment she wasn't Rashel, she was Scarlet, ready to strike. And of course to play a game or two.

You see, Scarlet loved games. Mind games that is. Rashel was not very fond of them, but Scarlet just absolutely loved them. So when it's time for Scarlet to come out and play, that's exactly what she does.

Scarlet wondered what was she to expect this night.

She had a feeling that it would be wonderful. Her kind of wonderful at least.

And this made her smile, that evil smile of hers.

Powers - Shapeshifting.

Personality - Zeph is cocky and conceited, prone to being sarky. He isn't openly cold, however, and although he only cares for himself, doesn't take things too seriously. He tends to be immature and selfish, screwing around for the hell of it, and isn't beyond running away and cheating to save his own ass, regardless of his pride.

Appearance - Tall for his age, but awkwardly so; and skinny and gangly to boot. Naturally pale- and his pallor looks even more drastic when paired with his dark hair, which tangles around his face and often over his eyes. It curls just across his Mark, partially concealing it. He has hazel eyes normally, but likes to shift the color of them every once in a while. A scar splits across his left cheek, a thin pale line from a knife wound when he was much younger.

Powers - (Maximum of 2) Destiny, or, Luna rather, can sense the presence of someone because of her sensitive hearing, such as an enemy or ally closing in on her. She also is quite crafty when it comes with illusions, either to change the outside world appearance on her victim or the world inside her victims mind. It's almost her sadistic way of torturing people.

 

Location of your Mark of Purity/Darkness - It's branded on the inside of her mid-thigh.

 

Personality - Destiny is normally very calm and level headed. she prefers to make things quick and easy unless she's in a particularly sadistic mood, which means she'll drag out most things with a very unpleasant form of torture. Destiny is also fairly intelligent and has a sharp-tongue when it comes to conversations, even with those of her own kind. She tends to be a loner to, more anti-social to most Slashers. Also, Destiny prefers to be cruel and unforgiving, nonchalant even.

It was a crisp night in the mournful city of London, the air layered with a thin fog. It held an unnatural chill to it, the crescent moon hanging woefully in the inky sky, giving an eerie effect to the scenery. As the windows in all the structures were dimmed, the residents sound asleep, the silence was shattered like the most delicate porcelain by a bloodcurdling scream. Two shadows loomed in the mist, one a motionless lump and the other becoming clearer within the passing seconds. A fairly young girl with snow white skin that contrasted brilliantly with her simple black cloak, ash hair, and blood red eyes emerged, walking nonchalantly away from the scene. Behind her lay a man, crumpled and frail, his jaw hung open slack from fear. The petal pink lips curved up in a frightfully sadistic smirk.

"Fear in itself is only a fragile state of mind. One that needs to be chewed and toyed at before finally...you break the holder. Because that is absolute pleasure for moi~" Destiny recited, her voice holding a disturbing lilt, a mere whisper, yet her words ringing as loud as the church bells that would sound for her victims funeral.

Name - Sai Takune

Striker/Slasher Code Name - Nikushimi (Hate)

Age - 15

Powers - Sai's inner demon basically gives him all of his powers. When possessed, Sai can summon demonic creatures, the creatures that haunted his dreams as a child. Also, when possessed, if you look into his eyes directly, he can put you into a state of shock and horror, and make you hallucinate. He can change the hallucination to his liking, although he prefers to show people their deepest fears. Once in the hallucination, the spell can only be broken by the person who is under the spell. They must find intense will to break it.

 

Location of your Mark of Purity/Darkness - Sai's mark of darkness is actually located in his left pupil. Instead of having a black orb, the Slasher's traditional "D" is placed there.

 

Personality - Sai's personality is that of a sadist. His mind, deeply affected by his demon, has been tampered with and changed dramatically. He has goals just like any other person, but his goals are twisted. The main word that flashes in his mind everyday and all day is "Kill". He is very demeaning, and will try to bring a foe down verbally before he brings them down physically. His words can be cutting, and rather harsh most times.

 

"Friends are for punks". That is his motto. Even though he has allies, he doesn't consider them friends. They are only here to help achieve the ultimate goal. Obtain the "Devil Factor".

 

Appearance - Sai is a fair skin teenager, and is about 6 feet even in height. His dark, black, long hair is tied back into a ponytail, which falls to the lower end of his back. He has one normal eye, which has a black pupil. The other eye has the letter "D" in place of the pupil. Sai wears black shades to cover up his eyes, a silver "X" necklace, a open black button up short-sleeved shirt with a white t-shirt under it, a black belt with a silver "X" buckle, gray dress pants, which slightly sag, and dress shoes.

Powers - She can communicate with the dead and can send some people (only those with weaker minds than her) into a coma-like trance.

 

Location of your Mark of Purity- Her Mark of Purity is on the palm of her left hand.

 

Personality - Sophie is normally very quiet, but definitely not shy or apprehensive. Most of the time, it's because she really just doesn't care. According to her, she used to have a lot of friends and was very popular, but after her little sister's death, just stopped trying to be nice to everyone. Despite her cold demeanor, Sophie occasionally shows loyalty to her allies. Don't expect her to think of others before herself though.

 

Appearance - She is very tall, but weighs a bit more than she'd like. Her face is slightly rounded and she wears glasses in front of her brown eyes. Sophie used to have long, brunette hair, but she eventually ended up cutting it short and dyeing it white.

Her outfit of choice is a plain black skirt and a gray sweater.

"S-Shut up!" she growled, thrusting her dirk forward a bit. Now he laughed even harder.

 

"So I've made the girlie angry, have I---" the slasher broke off with a screech as Sophie pulled the dirk out of his gut.

 

"You picked the wrong girlie to anger."
