I was looking at the new screenshots for Re:Coded, and i saw that in the screenshots for Olympus Coliseum, it looks like they use turn-based attacks, like some of the Final Fantasy games, so, i just wanted to know, is using turn-based attacks going to be a main part of Re:Coded, or is it just a mini-game, because it's in quite a few of the screentshots....

The olympus was the only turned-based stage in re:coded. Everything else pretty much includes Sora running around hitting blocks and Heartless:p

Not for each world specifically, but for most of them, to an extent. For the most part, the combat is essentially typical KH, or rather, typical BBS, with the use of the commands. You basically use that battle system for almost the entirety of the game. However, in select worlds like Traverse Town and Wonderland, the battle system changes to a side scroller (TT) and a shooter (WL) for the final battles leading up to the boss. Olympus plays through with turn based completely (well, for the story anyways; if you revisit the world instead of replaying the event, you fight there normally).

 

Hollow Bastion, due to certain...reasons related to the plot,

your commands are replaced with things like Goofy Tornado and Donald Thundaga. You also have the option to switch the action from Run, Attack Heartless, and Attack Block, and you basically run around the area "using" those commands, when in reality, Sora's just calling out Donald and Goofy's names and they fight for him.

 

As some people have already said, this is only relevant to that world. Each world has its own unique battle style for certain parts, while others mimic that of earlier worlds. I believe that it will actually quite enjoyable, so we will see what happens.
