The theme of Up is hands down one of the best themes in a pixar film

And luckily people next to me were crying too

isnt it incredible that almost every Pixar film has its own sound?

Inside Out was pretty good..

Inside out got to me a little

Watched it recently

Up for me was two sections of crying my eyes out and then not really liking the rest of it

Often it comes down to the personal connection

Makes me feel some type of way when I relate to a lot of movies

I even cried at Little Mermaid cause she became a human instead of him becoming a merman

Like, for me, Toy Story 3 makes me nostalgic to hell

For the whole end of childhood thing, lol

And leaving the toys behind

Why pixar

Yeah I am the kind of person who gives a lot of sentimental value to inanimate objects so that stuff gets me as well

The original story of Little Mermaid is worse..

She fails in making him fall in love with her, and she's told to kill him before sunrise

But she couldn't because she saw he was happy with his bride

And then she submitted to her fate

Yeah it's like all his stories, uber bleak

When I was a kid I was just devastated Ariel ditches a life singing with Sebastian tbh. That crab is awesome.

How about the version of Cinderella where her sisters get crushed by falling rocks in a cave

Her sisters chop their toes off to fit the shoe

And didn't tthe original version of Pinnochio actually have Gepetto die?

And he kills Jiminy

In fairness I don't even like Disney Pinocchio

Or the version of rapunzel gets raped by mother gothel and the prince cuts his own eyes out and find Rapunzel by following her hair trail
