I like that

when they add previous protags in some way to the main story of the final game in the trilogy

either that or acknowledge them

either that or acknowledge them since the world and all

there's a lot I like with the Dusk trilogy

very few RPGs I can say I like

Atelier's one of the few series I got introduced to more recently.

I'm sure if you understand the synthesis, it's quite engaging. Just based off of other people who do

Glad you seem to understand the synthesis at least.

Played these games since around 2013 and I still don't at all lol

I understand synthesis because I do crafting stuff in games where I can.

I'm quick to understand a mechanic if I'm given a visual and textual explanation of things.

Like I don't skip tutorials unless I forgot about stuff due to years or the time that's passed since I last played it.

but usually it comes back to me fast

It's like how I can go from a Dark Souls mentality to a KH game

The tutorials in these games are nonsense to me. I need several examples and visual aids but even then there are too many factors that go over my head

different genres

but I can easily pick up and understand a game if I try to understand what the game tells me to do.

sometimes I just adapt to the controls

see what I can / can't do

go from there

Atelier tutorials feel like a foreign language to me:bizLol:

Literally nothing makes sense. It's kinda funny

but I getcha

I hope so too.

but if you want an easier synthesis-centric game

Ryza's good

After almost 7 years I doubt it but, there's something very engaging on a surface level about these titles that still compels me.
