I think I'd be more interested in Capcom porting over DMC1-3 + DMC4SE to Switch.

if only because I do want those games properly on Nintendo.

I think it has to do with the fact that they lowered the resolution + adding some weird ass filter using AA / whatever it is.

but XBC2 is a pretty looking game in docked.

I only own a handful of games since I tend to cherry pick which ones are worth the time and all.

plus it's about being smart with my money + time.

Fire Emblem Warriors is a decent-ish Musou collaboration game. I won't say it's the greatest, but it IS quite fun.

Mario Kart 8 DX is essential, I feel.

I played that at egx

Smash Ultimate is also quite essential.

It was a little weird with the switch controller but I could probably get used to it

Super Mario Odyssey is definitely recommended as the first game you get.

Because there's a lot of fun inside that game.

Pass tbh, never played Mario

It's always seemed very boring to me

it's surprisingly fun

first really fun Mario game since Sunshine or Galaxy.
