After obtaining Mistilteinn and returning to Castaway Village, you will be able to play through one final Dana segment at the crystal in the village. Do so now. As soon as you get control of Dana, head straight ahead and talk to Olga. Afterwards, talk to Io, then enter the Sanctuary Crypt and warp to Layer 5 - Chamber of Magma. Enter the boss room. There's no boss here this time, instead, Dana will get her ultimate weapon if you freed all spirits. This weapon will also be available after Dana's segment has been completed. Then enter the room past the monolith and examine the relief on the ground. You're now in the Sanctuary Crypt - Final Trial. There are enemies with shields, invisible enemies, and regular enemies inside.

As you reach a crystal, prepare for a boss fight. Enter the next zone to start the boss fight.

There is another quest where you have to find a flower for one of Dana's priests. This quest can be found if you touch the crystal in Castaway Village. It's kind of hidden as that crystal in Castaway Village is not red on the map nor does it show whether it has any quests from Dana's time.
