The only thing I preferred in Automata was the combat

But with a remake, the original might outclass Automata in every way

The og feels like more of a traditional JRPG

Like Automata had plot that was scurried behind a lot of hidden meanings and metaphors. They rarely ever directly told you anything

OG nier isn't like that really

It didn't feel like telling a story

If the og isn't like that then that's dope

The main premise of the original

Is that you're trying to find your daughter/sister depending on the version you're playing

And you can actually see direct developments

So Japan had Nier Replicant

And we got Nier Gestalt

Both versions are nearly identical. Only real difference is that in Replicant you play as a brother and in Gestalt you play as a father
