Well cs3 doesn't have as many voiced lines

And 4 likely won't either

Only reason 1 and 2 have so much is cuz of Xseed and the PC ports

Cuz the pc ports of cs1 and 2 were a big deal

They weren't planned initially when they came out on vita and ps3

So the extra voiced lines were part of an extended reason to get them on pc

To make them seem more definitive

well i mean like that happens unique to what you do/who is with you

NISA is faster than xseed but their quality is shoddy

Like cs3's localization would've been better under XSEED most likely but it was still good
