You stream to watch but in this case, you stream to play

when downloading a game is actually faster than installing off disc

but right now physical games are quicker

But even with stuff like Steam games

You download the game files

Can play offline etc

With this it's just streaming, and with latency that's not ever gonna be as good as playing the game from hardware

Which is why I think that the idea is good, but not the perfect time to actually do it

Should have waited a few more years and improve on the latency first

Even then my issue is the fact that it's streaming. It might be useful to some people I guess, but I'm never gonna want to use this personally
