GoW wa sso linear and flat

GoW played like a castlevania game

it wasnt open world

didnt mean to be one

You could go back and explore but still keeping it linear

it is open world to an extent

theres no point to going back for outside the stry

theres no point to doing those optional bosses

its quite literally a "beat story and youre done" game

They are optional for a reason, it's in the name
