If its to prevent pedos it's very easy to circumvent

My first one was shared w/ my sister b/c we had the AoL package that limited how many username we could have so it had to be a combination of interests. At the time, Pokémon was used for me and Power Puff Girls was pulled from my sister but the account was taken, so we ended up using pokepuff2, which sounded more like a Pokémon username. Come Spring of 2004, I finally got to have my own, but wasn't asked what, so it has a typo in it.

You could make so many MSN screen names

Then, in my later teens, I used a tag w/ part of it pulling inspiration from my step sister.
