You can't really make an open world and sail wherever you want

world seeker kinda gives me hope that in the next 5 - 10 years we may get a one piece game worth our time!

Althou you can make open islands for each place they have visited and just make the sunny a way to just travel off screen

well like i said, it could be almost as limited as windwaker in the travel aspect

like that game felt SO HUGE when in reality it wasn't much bigger than a typical zelda map

but the vast ocean between each island made it feel much larger

basically they could have a decent sized map laid out, and you can just do what we did in Pirates in KH3. go to whichever island you want. and sail around in between, stopping around looking for treasure

Yeah, but then you have to factor in the seas in One Piece

You have the normal seas, then Calm Belt and then Grand Line

It's gonna be a bit hard to make a ship game based around those

yea i know they would prob have to keep it restricted to like the grand line

but that would give us quite a few decent islands to choose from still

And if they add some filler islands too, then that would be pretty great

So if we go by the story of grand line you have Little Garden, Drum Island, Alabasta, Sky Island, Water 7, Long Ring Long Island, Enies Lobby, Thriller Bark and the Saobody

personally i would want whole cake island and dressrosa in an open world one piece game but i would literally take anything lol

Yeah, but the Red Line stands in the way to get into the New World

But that would be great too

Because then you have Fishman Island, Punk Hazard, Dressrosa, Zoe, Whole Cake Island and then Wano

maybe they will attempt something like this when Wano is done in the anime
