Yea the warmup is like 3 minutes straight of slow pace, then break, then 3 of faster pace of the same workout, then break then you push it for the last 3

I’m noticing after doing some of these intense jumping routines sometimes my sides like kinda my back area is getting really sore.. lol can’t tell if I’m just burning some unused muscles there or if I’m like doing the workout wrong and hurting my lower back

I'm especially careful w/ the knees since I had damage to one in 2009 that left me w/ a limp since it was taken care of for a while until I got physical therapy.
