BBC 5 live has the best sports coverage available

But people don't even think about that

All of these things will become much more difficult to achieve if the BBC becomes an optional service

Radio 1xtra, a really important radio channel for young urban people

Especially black people in the UK

And domestic news coverage by the BBC has tended to lean towards the government recently purely because of this budget squeezing

I can guarantee that if the BBC was able to reacquire the TV rights for live formula 1 and cricket, or even just one of those things, a decent chunk of sky sports subscriptions would be cut
