Seeing vids of how cliffs are eroding from tides and rising temperatures from climate change show me that a cliffside property there is not exactly a safe idea.

Some end up in the ocean like DT will.

last time i was there, the car got infested with ants, and it was over 100 degrees fahrenheit

i don't like scorching places. and i also heard that there're cockroaches.

i've never seen a cockroach in my area. and it doesn't get scorching scorching in the summers
