So I think I figured out what was going on with the recusant's sigil and the original organization.

Oh?

So basically from what I read, the recusant's sigil is a mark of connection to the organization. And the reason why none of the og Org was revived until later was because all of the sigil's bound to all of the members were bound to xemnas so once he died, it was the last key to make everyone complete

Roxas says that the recusant's sigils will fade once xemnas dies. It's because of how he technically owned everyone in the organization, for MX's first plan

Ohh. So Xemnas just trapped them all, waiting for MX to nort them?

That was the original plan?

Then what were they doing with the KH they made?

Something along those lines

Trying to give hearts to everyone

But they already were growing hearts back.

Xemnas didn't know about MX's first plan, he only had a vague memory of it.

Ok so I looked into it a bit more and pretty much, Xemnas's plan revolved around filling the hole with replicas of his own heart, essentially turning each of them into copies of himself.

So pretty much MX's same plan

But because nobody's are able to grow their own hearts, it got skewed quick and fell apart

But it explains why the C.O. Org members didn't get revived until after xemnas died, it was because he still owned a part of him.
