It's one thing to have a piece missing, and it's an entirely different thing to base your theory on a concept that doesn't exist. There is nowhere in the series about a fragmented piece of kingdom hearts that travelled to the future. Your whole theory relies on this thing explicitly.

You can't build a theory on a concept that doesn't exist, you use the material that is there

A theory can be something that isn’t something that is established as the truth but it is something that explains a certain phenomenon

My theory is a theory because not everyone is going to believe it, but to you and everyone else who have aligned beliefs will likely not believe, understand, or be able to comprehend the theory which is why they can’t believe certain theories and say “you are creating your own lore”

Because creators like Tetsuya Nomura leave deliberate mysteries, gaps, and open-ended clues, fans use theories to connect the dots. A theory like the Triangular Paradox Theory takes established pieces of canon dialogue, physics, and character behavior to explain why characters act a certain way or how timelines loop together, even if the game hasn't officially confirmed it as absolute truth yet

You make a theory based off of what's there. You can't just make stuff up to fit something. I can say Sora loves bananas as a theory, but that doesn't work because nothing in the series has hinted his love of bananas. What i can say as a theory is that the box might have something to do with Sora because MoM has delibaretly been passing the box through Luxu and waiting for something. Whatever that is could be Sora. That's a theory (a stupid one) but the gist is, what you are writing is fanfiction, not theory because the whole thing relies on a concept that doesn't exist in kingdom hearts.

Why else would Sora still exist if his heart is completely destroyed along with his body

His heart is somewhere else.

It’s keeping him tethered to reality.

Sora is probably the or a Child of Destiny so he can do what others can't but we don't know to what extent yet

so whatever happens to Sora could just be explained by, "he's Sora"
