And its not like he committed any like war crimes or killed anyone

He took Auroras heart but he was possessed

He injured Eraqus but Xehanort is the one who killed him

So what tf did he do so wrong???

None of this would’ve happened in the first place has he controlled himself

It’s hardly rocket science. Want to avoid drowning? Stay out of the pool.

what

That has nothing to do with this lmao

"Controlled himself" how?

You mean suppress/Repress his feelings?

Which we have seen in KH makes things worse?

Well you tell me how giving in to those feelings helped anyone

He didn't "give into" anything-- his feelings and confidence were shattered, for something that was not his fault, and he had no control over

And it filled him with rage, which he decided to full on release

I think it’s Eraqus’ fault if we want to point fingers. He’s a control freak who was so desperate to escape the events of his past that he forgave Xehanort’s misdeeds without a second thought. Never even stopped to consider that Xehanort would try to influence his apprentices. He practically served Terra to Xehanort on a silver platter with his actions.

Yes but I don’t run around firetrucking up the universe just because I’m mad

Yeah exactly-- Xehanort and Eraqus both believed too heavily in darkness and light solely, respectively, that was the narrative even before all the DR stuff.

Nooooo of course not-- just cut long angry promos in a discord server lmao

Look, I understand that Terra was roped into circumstances beyond his control; it’s how he responded that matters.

Eraqus trusted Xehanort, so Terra did. He clearly didn’t know their history. He was strung along, manipulated as much as every other young person in KH.

I just think he should have put two and two together at some point. Did nothing about this whole conflict strike him as odd?

People always like to be stickers about this when it comes to Terra-

Just because the audience can tell things and has foresight that doesn't mean the characters do and will

And its not cause they're stupid

They had no reason to distrust Xehanort.

Yes Xehanort scarred Eraqus, but, by lying in his letter to Eraqus, he played on their old friendship, and apologized.

Besides that, they're only issues we're differing philosophies.

“No no, Terra they’re EX-husbands”

THIS IS SO COOL

I'm glad you like it. I had to use my video editor to cut the full video short because of how video uploads work on Twitter.

Thanks

I am at my keyboard now.

I like how most of the fandom has agreed on the head-canon that Xehanort and Eraqus are divorced husbands
