I think the music is a little better too though I don't know if I called the new soundtrack bad it's just they place emphasis on very different parts of the song

Oh yeah totally agree- KH2 I think had stronger remixes but I mostly prefer the original KH1 soundtrack.

Kh 2 gummi shp overworld PS2 version definitely hits way better but every other song in the game can be either or

eh i do like the new soundtrack of the remix version

they had an entire orchestra do it, and they clearly put in soul when putting into the soundtrack

for kh1 i would say the remixes are better full stop

but for kh2 it depends

I think theres little things for the KH2 soundtrack both do better but overall I felt 2's remixes could replace at least several of the originals

There's some I dont feel that way about- strongly too- I think the Remix version of KH2's encounter is weaker, and I think the midi elements really added to Twilight Town's themes' atmosphere(s)
