No, I think it's very normal to expect a certain baseline, it's not my fault KH3 decided to shoot up in one standard and not anything else

I think the real problem is having essentially two "types" of KH, numbered and BBS/DDD

and I know I complain too but I feel like my complaints are fairly benin mostly idk

I don't think any of my criticism is unwarranted, but I definitely do repeat them a fair amount

The first two games promoted an entirely different KH from the rest of the series. BBS is still the closest in terms of that

playing DDD as the first game is btw a good idea, because you start with the worst, so everything after that gets better

This kind of reminds me of the split in the sonic fandom, where you have the classic, adventure and modern fans

the current dev team will continue like this I think. That they will make the basegame for casuals and the dlc for hardcore players

which means all the good content in the dlc
