it makes no sense for xion to say for him to stop

because she wanted him to do it

Xion obviously knew Roxas was gonna bite the bullet, because otherwise she'd have no reason to go back to Sora

If Roxas tried to free Kingdom Hearts, he'd be slaughtered by Xemnas in seconds

At this point in the series, Xemnas was canoncially the strongest KH character, not even taking into account the entire Organization being by his side
