Master form you can grind in Land of Dragons
I forgot where you typically grind for Wisdom

If you go to status, you can see what each form needs to level up

I I think it's different in the PS4 version but wisdom form can be spammed grind with the mushroom in the black and white world I forget the name

Master form just do the gambler minigame with drive converters

how do i get to level 99 really quickly?

Start from the top of the world that never was and fight your way down

Rinse and repeat

That's how you level up final form too, at least one way of doing it

Level 99 you should equip magnet and thunder on customise, have the boost abilities that mean you get more when at half health or less, including gull wing keyblade, get hit so you're below half and go up and down world that never was. Remove Donald cure so he can't ruin the boost
