Granted I would always try to throw in some reflects between but if I’m mashing it really doesn’t take the input consistently

they still use triangle for reaction commands

If you really need to just hold the controller sideways so you can put both index fingers on each button and just abuse that poor controller

Fun fact, you can actually avoid that Riku bit completely with a well timed reflect when Xemnas says "spare" when he says "can you spare a heart". But it's not particularly necessary to do so
