Say, would you guys think a kingdom Hearts game would evercome-out on the x-box 360?

I have neither an Xbox 360 or a PS3. But if I had a preference, I guess the PS3. I'd have to save for it a long while though, and it better be used with regular dualshock controllers instead of the move ones.

If it comes out for the 360 it won't be an exclusive.

 

I'd only like KH3 on the 360 because I have a 360 but not a PS3.

 

Plus SE has contracts with Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo. It is clear they are trying to appeal to as many gamers as possible. Especially since the last final fantasy game was also on the 360 and it was fairly successful.

 

The problem with the 360 is that it's entire community revolves around shooters. So it may be a waste of time for SE to make a 360 version.

 

Plus at the current rate of production. KH3 won't be coming out in other countries until 2016 to 2018. By then there might be a PS5 or something like that since the lifespan of consoles is around 3 to 5 years.

Kingdom Hearts =/= Xbox 360 imo.

 

I think Square should continue what they have done by putting it on a Playstation platform.

I know. That's why I never said it will.

 

But judging by majority of the people who said PS3 only on this thread...it tells me a lot of things. It really does.

 

If most people in this world was in favor for KH3 to be PS3 only, Nomura will probably make that wish and I'll be stuck without the game.

 

And so will all the other 360 owners, which is greater than PS3 owners, huh?

It's unlikely it will, unless it's a spin-off, side-game, or a new game starring a new character as the plot will most likely confuse those that haven't played the series before. So, to me it seems odd to branch the series out to 360, especially when Nomura doesn't want Versus on it. I honestly wouldn't mind it on 360, however I'm worried if that's the case a repeat of FFXIII may happen and alot of content will be cut from the final product to be able to fit it on 360, which I wouldn't want.

 

But yeah, it certainly is possible that the series could eventually branch out eventually to a Microsoft console, so I wouldn't rule it out. But as for the 3rd installment, I can see it being a PS3 exclusive.

Doubt it, Sony aren't making any more home consoles, seeing as the PS3 set them back $4 billion, they can't afford the PS4.

 

However, Nintendo are likely to have a new console out by then, hint hint.

Well if they don't make a console then Microsoft and Nintendo will be far ahead of them. The only money Sony would make would be for televisions and a few other things. The console market is very important for Sony and is part of the reason why they are still a notable company.

Seriously, people here are saying that the PS3 will most likely be just a PS3 exclusive. I really think it would be great if it was on both system instead of just the PS3, it would make a lot more sales and become more popular. But I see the main reason that people think it will be just for the PS3 is because the majority of KH games has been on Sony's consoles than any other console besides Nintendo DS and GBA. I mean people are just assuming that it will be just PS3 because of that main reason. Nobody knows if it will come out for both systems. it may or may not happen but I am gettoing tired of people speculating over something this stupid. Does it really matter what console it goes on?

well i think for FFXIII it should have been PS3 only purely for the fact that you needed multiple disks for the 360 version, and only 1 for PS3

Let me just ask you guys something: Do you have a PS3? I mean, I've notice that the PS3 is really costly, and not that many people can afford it, unlike the 360. If so, I want to know who has a PS3, because I'm finding that people can't afford it, but instead bash the 360, without even trying it out.
