yeah but he did take away that dance from a father and also technically made it so that his ex girlfriend was never born

well, it shouldn't matter in the end as nothing changed in the Endgame timeline

If Cap actually did make a new timeline, I mean

it implies that either he is the father of those kids

Tony's death was done way better than Sora's lol

meaning he dated his own niece

or that he replaced a different father and made it so that two kids were never born in the new timeline

THAT is messed up either way you put it

Weird thing is, if Cap is the husband in the original timeline then it starts to make less sense

Sharon, the niece, should definitely know who her aunt's husband is

Which means she actually kissed her uncle, even if Steve didn't know at the time

funny how one single scene can destroy a continuity of a character

And that's not the worst part yet

If Cap is in the original timeline, then that means he just let Bucky stay a mind controlled hitman for 50+ years

Who also killed Tony's parents

Along with Hydra infiltrating Shield

Which is why I am really hoping Cap just made a completely new timeline and just jumped back to give the shield to Sam

that really needs to be what happened

but even then caps character is firetrucked to the moon and back

because that means he played god in an alternate timeline just to live life happily

and that doesn't sound like the captain America we all know

Steve is the type of character who will save anyone no matter what

Him saving everyone would be something he would do

Ignoring everything after all he knows just to live a happy life is not like him

either one sounds out of character for Steve

Also it means that he is allowing 2 children to not be born

just to be happy with peggy

no matter how you swing this, Steve is doing something wrong

I still prefer the new timeline where he saves everyone tho

I do too, but it means hes looking at the consequences of his actions, and doesn't care

they should just make an alternate ending for the dvd release that changes the last scene

he could just ask the tony of that timeline or the hank pym to make the time machine for him to go back

And if he came back with the one he was sent in, then he would have jumped back where he started and not sit on the bench

this doesn't fix the implication that he lived out this life in their timeline, but it at the very least gives an ACTUAL way he could get back from an alternate one.
